Using The Form Builder For Class Sign Ups

Does your office offer classes / seminars to clients? Take control of class sign ups (while driving clients to your website) by using the Web Builder's built in Form Builder to create "Class Sign Up" forms. Once the forms are created you can specify an email recipient to receive all class sign ups. Even better, if you have a description of your classes somewhere on your website (such as your Office Profile page) you can give a brief description of the course followed by a hyperlink that will take your client directly to the "Class Sign Up" form. Document Library News

On December 17th, all Web Builder "Document Libraries" were disabled by our vendor at the request of LandAm. This was due to an issue with Web Builder sites offering documents / data (via download from the Document Library page) that conflicted with LandAm's "Privacy Policy". All Web Builder Document Libraries were restored after they were each reviewed & any conflicting documents / data were removed. At this time, uploading through the Web Builder's admin interface remains disabled while the current procedures for uploading documents to the Document Library are being reviewed. During this period, if you need any documents uploaded, please forward your request to the Web Builder Product Manager or to Web Builder Support. Also, with the arrival of 2008 comes revisions to Legal Forms, please review your Document Library to see that your Legal Forms are up to date. To reduce maintenance, I strongly encourage linking out to Legal Forms (for your state) using LandAm's SingleSource. If you choose to continue to upload your own forms, you are responsible for seeing that those forms are up to date.

Another month has passed, this is your reminder to review your LandAm Web Builder sites for any updates that may be needed:
- Is the information on your website up to date? Has your office had any staff or information changes?
- Do you have any new images to upload?
- Have you completed the setup process for your Web Builder site?
- Do you need help finishing your Web Builder site? Modifications, based on client feedback, can always be made down the road.
- Do you need help setting up your custom domain name so that it goes to your Web Builder site?
